  Have used Mission for three of my relative's funeral needs. The last experience, however, will make me look elsewhere next time. My father passed at the end of January, and the death certificate had to be amended. We had been told by Mission that the state had the paperwork and we were waiting for it to come back. We found out today, almost SEVEN weeks later, that the mortuary never sent in the amended paperwork. No explanation - as a matter of fact, the only way we found out is by calling the state to see what the hold up was on the paperwork. SEVEN weeks and we cannot get his affairs in order because of their carelessness.
